It's nice to see that his son's attempt to murder someone hasn't distracted American Conservative Union President David A. Keene from kibitzing on the new Bush economic team.

Says David, "you'd have to have a hole in your head to select Stephen Friedman head the NEC.... Bush must be crazier than my kid with a loaded handgun during rush hour."

Keene also has also taken up Dick Armey's crusade against video surveillance of intersections, and is making like a civil libertarian. Wonder why?
