Emasculation: Kausfiles!

Once again, Little Mick ends the day just a little smaller than he started it. This morning, Mick wrote:

This is too good to be true, but Bush's pick for Treasury Secretary, John W. Snow, appears to be a member of the Augusta National Golf Club. ...The New York Times editorial page will soon be calling for Snow to refuse to stimulate the economy until Augusta National admits women. ...
But the Times never got the chance, because Snow quit the Club just hours after Kaus's gloat was published.

The incident demonstrates just how impotent Mick is. The Times' reporting on the Augusta controversy makes it impossible for a Cabinet nominee to retain membership in a discriminatory club and remain a viable candidate. Meanwhile, Kaus's constant whining has done nothing to dethrone the hated Raines, and his cheap shots demonstrate just how irrelevant he is.
